Submission to the Ministerial inquiry into the use and operation of Foreign Charter Vessels in New Zealand waters. The submission recommends the Inquiry finds in support of the Talley's Group submission, requiring bare boat charters and NZ crews on foreign charter vessels (FCV). Submission on the proposed introduction to the Quota Management System (QMS) of kahawai, broadbill swordfish, mako shark, blue shark, yellowfin tuna, southern bluefin tuna and red maki.
